Strong Arm Sumple Wrist Ruling with a Net

I have read the description for this trait, its from Qadira, Gateway to the East p. 9.

You have been trained in the javelin and the spear, and know how to make the best use of your momentum. Whenever you move at least 10 feet before making an attack with a thrown weapon, you add 10 feet to the range increment of the weapon thrown. You can only gain this benefit once per round.

Is the trait valid for all thrown weapons are just the two items mentioned in the description? And the net also reads its maximum range is 10 feet. Would it increase the range increment to 20 feet for the traits purposes?

Well it says it right there, Whenever you move at least 10 feet before making an attack with a thrown weapon, you add 10 feet to the range increment of the weapon thrown.

the very first bit is just fluff.

Range Increment and Maximum Range are two different things, but are related.

The Core rules say:

"The maximum range for a thrown weapon is five range increments. For projectile weapons, it is 10 range increments. Some ranged weapons have shorter maximum ranges, as specified in their descriptions."

In most cases, increasing a weapon's range increment also increases the maximum range, due to the maximum range being a multiplicative function of the range increment.

However, in the case of a net, the maximum range is NOT a function of range increment (not even an equality).

The Core rules say: "A net's maximum range is 10 feet."

10 feet. Not one range increment. Changing a net's range increment does not affect the maximum range.
