How to create a disgusting wizard (transmutation specialist)

Advice

Why I want to play that:
Ever since playing with a guy who always plays "very pretty" Elves that are rather useless in combat, I long to create the exact opposite.
A powerful wizard, who is ugly and disgusting (and a jerk).

I am aiming at a cross between Jabba the Hut and Baron Vladimir Harkonnen (with fly I can even mimic the baron's flying suit ;) )

Bloatmage seems rather fitting, but it is 3rd party stuff. I would like to see what's possible with paizo stuff.

I would like to create a transmutation specialist that debuffs enemies by turning them into helpless things (so he can tease them and humiliate them).
And in battle he transforms into stuff and fights personally (using beast shape, transformation etc.)

Now checking the spell list I see lots of great transmutation spells, but few offensive ones (at low level). Most that can be cast on others and could be used for debuff only work on willing creatures (levitate or gaseous form for example).
Reduce person (for fighter types) and enlarge person (for casty tpyes) would also be nice debuffs, but have a long cast time.

Baleful Polymorph and Disintegrate are the goodies I am waiting for :)

So here are the things I know already:
Race: Elf (with lightbringer variant...)
Class: Enhancer(Transmuter) Wizard

We usually play with a flaw that grants an extra feat at first level, in case you want plan whole feat series.

What feats would you suggest?
What spells? (I am not that familiar with the spells outside of core so I may have overlooked some nice stuff there)

Sovereign Court

Well, first you should know that it's pretty ambitious to do both transformation-based combat (which wants a very high strength) AND save-or-suck debuffs (which want a very high intelligence). You'll probably have to focus on one or the other.

That said, you do have options. Playing on the strengths of an elf, you could go with a high-dex, high-int character and focus on touch spells like Disfiguring Touch and Calcific Touch to sap opponents' strength. (Enlarge and Reduce Person are pretty meager debuffs - you're much better using them on your teammates than your enemies.) You'll need Weapon Finesse for this. If you use Beast Shape, etc., you'll be doing so more for poison and special abilities than melee - without high str and con to begin with, you won't be much help.

Of course, you could also go high-strength, possibly taking martial weapon proficiency to get access to a greatsword, until you're able to get consistent natural weapons. In this case you'd focus mostly on buff spells.

No matter what you do, though, if you intend to be on the front lines, you're going to severely lacking in HP (especially as an elf). Toughness should almost certainly be one of your first feats.

Anyway, see if you can pick a direction to focus on, and we'll help you from there.

Bloatmage! It's a mage who has become so fat (through special blood rituals) that they waddle around, actually lose speed as they gain class levels, and can accidently go into berserker rage and start dying mid combat.

Somebody is playing one in one of my groups and it's hilarious and terrible all at the same time.

The above advice is correct; unless you have an incredibly high will save, or are playing a STR/INT race (wait there isn't one!) you won't be able to do both melee and SoS debuffs effectively. Pick one and build for it. Maybe look into taking a level of fighter down the road and going into Eldritch Knight for yummy BAB.

Maybe check out the Magus spell list and rules. Not sure if you could get it to work the way you want, but it would be worth a try.

If I had to choose I would go with the debuffer. Battle transformation is more of a bonus... since I am dabbling in transformation anyway.

However since we use a homebrew dice rolling system you often get several high stats with a bit of luck. So I wanted to keep the option open in case I roll some good stats. One guy in our group has 4 18's <.< He didn't even had to try several times.
[System: You roll 8d6 and build 2 stats using 3 dice each. Repeat 2 times. You may reroll a single die once. You can create 3 whole stat blocks and then choose the best]

Calcific Touch and Disfiguring Touch are perfect. I could see him use those to intimidate people and even just to mess around with people.

So yeah. For now lets ignore battle and focus on the SoS stuff. ^^

Bloatmage is not 3pp, it's from paizo!

My apologies.

Seconding all the recommendations to play a Bloatmage. My PCs have been futzing about Kaer Maga for the last session, and I've had a hell of a lot of fun with waddling, 600-pound wizard antagonists.

Oh? It is? Wow. I didn't realize.
It still is not part of the Core Books (the one on paizo prd).

Alright then. Any good feats to get for transmuters?
