OK, I have tried looking this up and I found a ton of threads on this subject. A lot of them were similar to what I was looking for but similar is not exact. I am trying to build a character with a 3/4 and Full BAB. Here is an example of what I am trying to do
1 Fighter 1
2 Fighter 2
3 Bard 2
4 Bard 3
5 Fighter 4
6 Bard 5
7 Fighter 6/1
8
9
10
11
12
13
14
15
16
On a full progression, I would just keep adding one after the other, but on a 3/4 progression 6, 9 and 12 BAB double. I am assuming a multiclass BAB is not normal so how do I add up the progression. In this example if it was 3/4 I should have another 6/1 at 8th level, but the next one to add weather I take Fighter or Bard is a +1 or 7/2
So, I am confused.

So, for BAB and saves, find the number on each table for the level of each class you have, and add them together.
So, Fighter 7 has a BAB of +7. Bard 1 has a BAB of +0. 7+0=7. Thus, a Fighter 7 / Bard 1 has a BAB of +7.
Fighter 12 has a BAB of +12. Bard 5 has a BAB of +3. 12+3=15. Thus, a Fighter 12 / Bard 5 has a BAB of +15.
It doesn't matter what order you take the classes, or your total character level. All that matters is the sums of the applicable entries for each class you have.
EDIT: And just to note, even though iterative attacks (that is, the +1 in +6/+1 BAB) are listed on the class tables, they don't actually have anything to do with the class levels themselves. So if you went Fighter 5 (BAB +5) / Bard 2 (BAB +1), you'd still end up with two attacks at +6/+1, even though a second attack was not listed on either table.

When you'd normally get a BAB increase as a Bard (every level but the first, fifth, ninth, thirteenth and seventeenth) you will get a +1. So, for example, if you took another level of Bard at 8, you'd have +7/+2. But if you took another level of Bard at 9, after that, you'd stay at +7/+2.
So the character is progressing as a 3/4 BAB rate?
What if the character had a few levels of Bard and mostly fighter, would he have a Full progression or a 3/4 progression?

Determine your bard level (x), determine your fighter level (y)
your BAB is now 3x/4+y rounded down.
or if you hate fractions: look at the BAB column in line x on the bard table and add it to the number of line y in the fighter table. That's your BAB
for every five points of BAB above the first you get another attack which are made at cumulative -5 penalties.

Ok, you guys are not going to like me for being slow on the catch up, but here is my BAB progression and it is a little off.

Please excuse me for not putting everything in. This is only an example and since I am clearly missing something, the extra numbers and slashes after the numbers shouldn't be important.
Thanks

Fighter 5 / Bard 13 at level 18?
Just look up each class on their respective charts, and add the BABs together.
+5 for Fighter and +9 from Bard, so +14 overall.

You're complicating this far more than you need to.
All you need to do is look up your levels in each class on the class table, find the BAB for that level and add them together.
You have fighter 5/bard 13, so
- Look up fighter level 5 on the fighter table, under BAB it say +5
- Look up bard level 13 on the bard table, under BAB it says +9
- Add them together for +14
That's it. No maths but a simple addition.
A bonus for each class on its table. Add them together. End of thread.

I am building the character from 1st to 20th. I don't need the BAB for a 5th level fighter and a 13th level bard. I want to see the character completely laid out. It is laid out in the books, why can't I do that on my computer?
I will try adding the BAB at each level (the first being obvious). If I was multi classing full BAB classes, this would be easy and there would be no post. If I was multi classing two 3/4 BAB classes, again, this would be easy and there would be no post. but I am combining One Level At A Time.
In this case, the main class is a bard with a few levels of Fighter.
I will try building as you say, but I have a feeling I will run into the same problem.

Multiclassing two 3/4 classes isn't simple a Bard 1 / Rogue 1 has a BAB of +0.
Also your progression is funky.
1 Ftr 1
2 Ftr 2
3 Brd 2 (what do you mean by the 2 here? is that meant to be BAB? I'm guessing it is)
4 Brd 3
5 Ftr 4
6 Brd 5
7 Ftr 6
8 Brd 7
9 Ftr 8
10 Brd 9 (so at this level the character is a Fighter 5 / Bard 5, Fighter supplies +5 for BAB, and Bard just +3 giving you a BAB of +8)
11 Brd 10
12 Brd 11
13 Brd 11
14 Brd 12 (Fighter 5 / Bard 9 gives a BAB of +11)
15 Brd 13
16 Brd 14
17 Brd 14
18 Brd 15

This might help,
This should be a bit clearer.
01 Ftr Level (01) BAB +1 = 1
02 Ftr Level (02) BAB +1 = 2
03 Brd Level (01) BAB +0 = 2
04 Brd Level (02) BAB +1 = 3
05 Ftr Level (03) BAB +1 = 4
06 Brd Level (03) BAB +1 = 5
07 Ftr Level (04) BAB +1 = 6/1
08 Brd Level (04) BAB +1 = 7/2
09 Ftr Level (05) BAB +1 = 8/3
10 Brd Level (05) BAB +0 = 8/3
11 Brd Level (06) BAB +1 = 9/4
12 Brd Level (07) BAB +1 = 10/5
13 Brd Level (08) BAB +1 = 11/6/1
14 Brd Level (09) BAB +0 = 11/6/1
15 Brd Level (10) BAB +1 = 12/7/2
16 Brd Level (11) BAB +1 = 13/8/3
17 Brd Level (12) BAB +1 = 14/9/4
18 Brd Level (13) BAB +0 = 14/9/4

It is class level that matters, not overall level.
