I'm running a high seas adventure next week using the pathfinder system, i using a lot of Stormwrack which is a Dnd supplement i stumbled upon.
I mostly just want to know if there are any particular Pathfinder books that will help me with this sort of stuff, any experience any of you have had with sort of stuff as well as general ideas would be good.
Also on a more specific note how would you think women and witches would be treated on pirate ships. Also women witches.
Any help or advice you guys have would be appreciated, thanks.

There is a Paizo module called From Shore to Sea which they produced in conjunction with Open Design/Kobold Press. It generated an accompanying sourcebook called Sunken Empires.
If you want to go under the waves you could pick up the critically lauded Cerulean Seas books.
You have just missed out on the Razor Coast kickstarter which includes Fire As She Bears, a book for Age Of Sail ship combat. You could pick it up when it is on general release from Frog God Games.
Paizo published a pirate AP called Skull & Shackles with an accompanying sourcebook.
