Perhaps someone here could help a GM out. I'm looking for a monster that could keep a group of mortal humans supernaturally enslaved for several centuries. So beyond just being able to enslave them, it needs to be able to extend these humans' lifespans or transform them into some other creature that can be its slaves forever.
My group of 5 level-5 PCs will be arriving to free these slaves (or at least their spirits) from centuries of bondage, so the slavemaster monster needs to be around CR5 to CR8.
Is there already a creature in one of the Bestiaries that could fill this role (perhaps with spellcasting or magic item aid)? Or will I need to create a new custom monster to meet my needs?

It sounds like you, my friend, might want to have your PCs encounter an Aboleth some time in the future. These horrible fish-squid monstrosities engineer their own slaves with fell magic (the gillmen are humans that the aboleths altered, for example). They're also CR7, which I believe falls into the range you desire, and can be found in the 1st Bestiary.

An Aboleth had the ability to enslave people in 3.5 but it looks like it no longer has it in pathfinder. You could still use it though. It is cr7

Dominate Monster 3/day. Lasts for 7 days on a vanilla Aboleth (if I remember correctly), so it just needs to recast every 7 days. 21 slaves per vanilla Aboleth at max (though that isn't realistic, as it cuts it too close and people might make their saves).

Could play on fey myth and have them drugged out of their minds on "Pixie dust" being held in the first world where time flows at what ever pace makes plot most amusing. Any number of fey could have lead people into a portal to the first world and tricked them into eating fey food laced with some kind of otherworldly drug. Plus its an excuse for a trip into the surreal childlike and twisted realm of the fey.
