the point of this game is to take one universal fact of our universe, and change it. Try to keep it only to one. I will start
Gravity is reversed. instead of pulling things together, it pushes them apart. gravity is still calculated in the same way, mass and distance, but works in the opposite direction.

Heat can now flow only from a cold object to a warmer one. If you grow too hot, you only need to find something warmer, and you are good to go. Houses get flamethrowers instead of fire extinguishers. still, watch out. If you happen to be the hottest object nearby, everything will dump more heat on you...

Keep in mind that in many cases changing one fundamental thing, impacts on all others.
In your universe for instance, stars, planets, and life simply do not exist as your universe expanded so fast that it's only free floating very small chunks of matter. Without gravity, you don't have accretion to build larger things.
It turns out that changing the values of many things such as Planck's Constant, by even a small amount has drastic impact on how universes' evolve. So the vast majority of universes created in the bubbling mass of higher dimensional space are simply giant lifeless bubbles. We happen to be one of the few that worked out, because life as we define it isn't possible in the vast majority.
