Put it on an archer. Every time somebody moves up to you, if they hit you, you take 0 damage (trivial acrobatics check), get to move 10 or 15 feet away from them. You get a standard action next round.
...nobody can ever full attack you. You will never actually be hit. Eventually, you will kill any melee combatant.
Am I missing something here?
Is Vital Strike Goblin Archer with a juiced acrobatics roll the ultimate 1v1 non-caster duelist?

It takes an immediate action, can only be used by goblins who take the feat, makes you staggered for one full round after you use it. If you hit something you are knocked prone (granted since you get to choose the direction of the roll it is limited that this may ever come up.)
There are a great many limitations to being able to take the feat and then to use it effectively. Assuming that you are in a one on one fight it can be effective, but in actual group play there are many ways a group can find to get around this. If a player takes the feat at low levels it will be pretty good in helping an archer... but at higher levels they are pretty much limiting themselves to a single attack.
Also immediate actions are limited in the number you can use, so some classes will be hurt by having them used by this feat.

In my group we've only had one player run a goblin, and he had this feat. He was playing a barbarian, so being out of melee and unable to make full attacks was to his detriment. He basically treated the feat as a get-out-of-death-free card, but only used it 3 or 4 times ever, as he was quite tanky. The time he died he tried to use the feat to avoid death from a huge size monster's attack in a smallish room ~40x40, the monster hit him, he bounced, then th monster moved up, and on the next round he could not escape and only has the one action, so the monster finished him off.

Since most spells take only a standard action to cast, this might be an good defensive feat for a goblin spellcaster. Being staggered wouldn't interfere with spellcasting, and since you're not wading into the thick of combat, there likely aren't enough other enemies poised for attacks of opportunity that you can't find a good straight line to "roll" along.

Shifty, we already ended this argument.
Natural Weapons that are melee attacks and Unarmed Strikes are melee weapons. Period.

Good referencing!
Roll on then little Goblin, roll on.
Crane Wing doesn't prevent people from making a full attack on you, like this does.
The Goblin Spellcaster idea is sort of brilliant. Who gives a s@+~ if you're staggered - you won't need to move. You get free movement next round if the guy hits you again.
A standard goblin wizard (18 dex, 'cause, +4 to dex...), take a trait that grants acrobatics and a +1...you'd have a +10 check at level 1, which means you've got about an 80 or 90% chance of mitigating all damage that comes at you at level 1. Your check will probably outpace damage as levels go on (Masterwork acrobatics tools, skill focus: acro at level 3).
You'd basically be immune to all melee attacks for your whole lifetime, excepting a mounted lance-wielder. And you get free repositioning every round.
My vote for most broken feat in Pathfinder so far. XD

You wouldn't be immune to all melee attacks. If there is more than one enemy, you would only be able to block one of them. Plus, your movement would provoke attacks of opportunity from the other enemies.
IMO, there are better ways to shut down melee in Pathfinder(invisibility+fly)

Why not both? Goblin tanking method! Antagonize a melee enemy into running across the battlefield and attacking you, then use the force of their attack to toss you out of reach without taking damage.

How about the Ring of Ferocious Action from Ultimate Equipment? Five charges per day, free action to ignore staggered for 1 turn (which is how long the feat's stagger lasts). And it's only 3000 gold! 1500 if you are a crafty goblin; you could have it at level 3!

Where's Ravingdork's ridiculous character emporium when you need it? If we can get a goblin wizard who can have wind wall up a lot of the time, we'll be immune to melee and virtually all ranged. All there is left to deal with is spells. Which we deal with by Antagonizing the spellcaster.

Antagonize doesn't work that way anymore, and is staggered a form of fatigue.

That's a pretty awesome addition!
