I wonder if there will be anything special attached to the 20000th PFS event?
TPK?
Me, too, but then I don't like to create a new event for each gameday (I'd be creating 2 or more events a month). It's easier to keep an ongoing event ID for recurring gamedays.

For the Same Game day a the same location I keep one Event, I only make new events if we play at a different location.
Makes it much easier for out GMs to remember the numbers.

For those that use one event number for reoccurring game days, how do players know what's being played at the next game day or the one after that? The set-up right now doesn't allow for that if you're using the same event all the time. Searching on Paizo, they'd see an event with a bunch of days and a bunch of scenarios...

Each slot is a new day.
Change the scenarios after the last day(Slot) is finished.Explain in your blurb that it's a reoccuring event and the scenarios will change every time, and to ensure you're getting the most accurate info go to (Website blah blah).

I uncheck scenarios after reporting, and have a list of upcoming game days and scheduled games.
Of course, given that I am going to be running an ongoing AP, Shattered Star, instead of my normally scheduled PFS games, now, that will be changing. (Home game style, with PFS Chronicles as the game allows)
Of course, one of my current players, who also GMs, may wind up taking up the PFS slack, and I don't know yet if I will be doing the organizing, or if he will do it himself.
