PFS Tracker Sheet

Hey all!

I've been looking all around Paizo's website and I can't seem to find a scenario tracker download to be able to help track which scenarios players have and have not played. So, here in St. Louis, I created one.

The tracker sheet holds ALL of the scenarios, quests, and modules that are currently legal for society play. I give these out to our players in order to track what they have GM'ed and what they have played so when we marshal for our weekly PFS, it's easier for our players to find a table.

Here is a link to my dropbox that has the tracker in it if you would like to use it! Everyone is welcome to it, if you don't have one or would like one.

Link! Tracker Sheet

This part is for you, Mike and Mark:

I know this is a long shot, but I thought I'd ask. Would there be anyway that you could release the names and levels, if available, of the March-May scenarios for Season 4 that have not made to the Season 4 PFS store page so they could be added to our tracker sheet? I have up through, I believe, February. I was asking because I am printing these out when you guys release new stuff, but if I was able to get the names of the new ones, I could add it and not have to worry about printing until at least March when new modules release.

I know this is a long shot but I just thought I'd ask. I love what you guys decided to do with Rise of the Runelords and Shattered Star and as you can see those are added. As well, I have your Blog notes about the scenarios that are going to, tentatively, be released for June and July and notes regarding Emerald Spire from the Pathfinder Online Kickstarter that Mark said in a forum post would "probably" go for society as well.

Thanks for the help and again for all you guys do!

There's a few trackers floating around but this is probably my favorite thus far. Great work!

Thank you for sharing this as I was going to create one myself. I was wondering if there was any reason why First Steps was not included in this listing. I know they are replayable but there are modules listed that fall under the same guidelines. Just curious on that omission. Thank you again for posting this and I will just add those scenarios myself.

Oh no, it looks like the link isn't good anymore.

Hmmm...I'm not seeing any issues with it. Try it again maybe?

You know, that is a good point. I apologize about that. Nobody, including myself, thought about that. I will make sure to add that to the tracker sheet! Thanks for catching that!

Cheers!

Thanks Nathan!!! I have already put this to use and plan on sharing it with my group as well. I am keeping it on my ipad as I usually have it when I am playing or GMing and it beautifully went into Numbers. I did add checkboxes to the saved version for easy marking. Thank you again for sharing this great tool!!

We will be expecting updated versions on Tuesday. :P

Really though, you could probably ditch all the replay ones as you run out of space. You don't really need to track a scenario if you can replay it with every character. Congrats on the stars Nathan!

Happy to help!

I'm always looking for ways to provide tools to players (and GM's) to be able to come to a Game Day and quickly know what they can and cannot play or run. I help marshal our PFS Game Days here in St. Louis and these are PERFECT for our players because all I have to do is come by, say a number and the players can easily find it and say yes or no. (This only works if their sheet is up to date :P)

I had release dates for the ones that are not out yet, but I had mixed reviews on that being added. Some liked it because they could see scenarios and modules that were coming up to be released. Others, however, only wanted to know what was currently available for play. So, a mixed bag really. However, I have added a tab with those release dates. As well, I am currently working on a tab that has the tracker sorted by tiers. I've seen that be extremely helpful as well!

I've added First Steps to the tracker and noted their level. If Mike or Mark are gracious enough to give out the names of the Season 4 for March through May (*Puppy dog eyes*), I will add those to the tracker as well!

Let me know if there is something you guys would like to see on it and if it is within my skillset, I would be than happy to add to it to make it easier to use. :)

Also, thanks! I started GM'ing in April and it's been a blast! 40 more to go for the 4 stars! :D

Sarrick, thank you for the update and your efforts on this document. A defense on having the repeatable scenarios/modules is that this tracking sheet can not only be used as a master sheet for everything but it can be used as a one stop place to search for what a particular character has been used in for the life of the character. Please keep the repeatable ones on this sheet (unless I am the only one who is going to use this as a master list and a list for characters).

i started working on a sheet for organisers that can track individual players with a quick summary page. It has no error checking at present so relies on all the players pages being the same. hope its of use to someone

We've got a brilliant one on www.pfrpg.com.au - register and then click the Pathfinder Society link.

The site is intended for online PFS play, so disable email notifications if you don't want to receive invites to games.

I have one uploaded here.

I've been updating it since Season 3 - but can't remember where I got the original from...

We are working on something sorta like this in for our group of players here in St. Louis. We have alot of software developers that play PFS and we are working on a small database that you can select how many tables you are running (Placing a GM at each table), input which players are sitting at each table, which character that player wants to play, and the database will automatically find the first available scenario that all of those players sitting at that table can play. We have alot of players who are veteran PFS players are limited on what they can and can not play because they've played everything already, so this way, it takes the "Can you play this? No. Can you play this? No. How about this?" out of the equation. It's still in it's infancy but we have big plans for it. Hopefully, I can show it off soon! :)

i have been throwing this idea round in the UK for a couple of years - i did write something very basic in the dying days of LG - but havnt had the time to get a PFS one running, and all my coder friends seem to have no spare time either! be nice to see someone come up with a great online tool.

If you have an Android device, there is a great app for tracking all your scenarios. It's called PFS Scenario Tracker and can be found here.

I just wish there was something similar for the iPhone!

Awesome job on the tracker! Thanks it will come in handy! :D

Sarrick,

Were you planning on updating this sheet?

Or have you come up with something better?
