Masterwork costs doubled on size change?

When making a large armor or weapon, the rules day to double the price over its medium counterpart. Does this mean you need to double the masterwork price component as well?

You double the base cost of the item before adding the masterwork quality. IE you add masterwork quality to a large weapon. You don't add large to a already masterwork weapon

The masterwork cost is a flat +300gp, no matter the size of the weapon.

It's a flat 3000gp, and flat prices for armour.

Mithral is the only core special material that doesn't follow this pattern, and only for 'other items' which include weapons. This is because they didn't bother to cost mithral weapons in 3.5 because it do anything. Now that PF let's mithral count as silver they should have put a price for weapons, but they missed a trick.
