some maneuvers can be performed with a weapon.
some don't seem to make sense with a weapon.
Using a guisarme to perform a dirty trick to blind someone doesn't seem to work to me. attacking someone in the eyes with a weapon would just be an attack. and kicking dirt in someone's eyes while they're down doesn't seem like something that would gain the benefit of reach from a guisarme.
is there any RAW on whether improved dirty trick can be used with weapons?

I know this is a sucky answer, and not at all what you're looking for, but it seems to be the only one available.
The GM is the arbiter of what can be accomplished with this maneuver
It seems like this maneuver was purposefully left open ended to allow a little more fun by keeping things thematic and roleplayish. There aren't many hard and fast rules around it.
Best of luck.

RAW says your GM calls the shots. So talk to him/her/it.

Or blind them with reflected light. Or, using a tassel on the haft, hinder their vision.
Dirty Trick is all about imagination. That's why it lacks hard rulings.

One could argue that, in the absence of any RAW that suggest they don't, the answer is most likely 'yes.'
Again, it's a DM ruling. Arguments can be made for and against. If you're blinding by shoving your weapon into their face, it would make sense that you get a bonus. If you're blinding by shining light in their eyes, maybe not so much. These are flavor items, not mechanical, so should generally have no bearing. Which brings us back to the whole DM ruling thing.

Well, weapons used with a combat maneuver usually have some sort of special property. Trip has been FAQed to explicitly allow a weapon's enhancement bonus to apply. And since dirty trick can't be made in place of a melee attack, just as a standard action, and the guisarme has no special property that applies to dirty tricks, and no one has pointed out anything that explicitly says "yes thats possible", i'm happy with "no".
