Do archaeologist get Disable Device as a class skill?

No, but the urban (vagabond) child trait will allow you to take disable device as a class skill.

Nope. It's intentional that they do not.

It actually doesn't really matter in the long run. An archaeologist gets half his level added to his Disable Device; you're breaking even at level 6, and from level 8 on you're ahead of people who only have the class skill.
