The situation...
The party has grown up a bit since LV 1, and they now have kids. Occasionally, we plan on playing the kids on their own adventures in the city.
The kid I am playing is my own son, Bradlyn Waynolt. Mom is a politician now (semi-retired PC) who runs the arcane school/wizards tower. Little Bradlyn doesn't think his mommy spends enough time with him, so his little 8-12 year old mind wants to get her fired.
Ideas on how to accomplish this task?

Steel tomes from the school / tower on mommy's shift and make sure there from the high shelves in the back because every1 knows those are the most fun. Mommy gets fired for steeling and kid gets new found knowledge of spells (gate, meteor swarm, mage's disjunction, ext.)
Wouldn't steel tomes be too heavy for a magic-user to carry? ;-)

I know the kid will likely be banned from the tower at some point.
A side note on this kiddie crew:
Bradlyn Waynolt: probably a ranger or rogue, but if a sorc bloodline looks cool, I might go with that. Technically human.
Barnabas Waynolt: a barbarian/wrestler build. Kinda dimwitted, minmaxed. Got into the lab as a baby and hasn't been the same since.
Tristan: highly intelligent half succubus. He spent the first two years of life in the abyss.
Palene: adopted drow, blessed by erastil. Tristan's sister.
And a primitive vanara: basically a feral child. Limited speech, and animalistic tendencies.
