After /finally/ reporting all my past-due events, I got my first star!
To help me celebrate: if you've never GMed, please PLEASE GM for somebody else. It's very rewarding to see your name on the Chronicle Sheet and know that somebody had a great time at your table.
Let's see some stars after some names! ^_^

I remember my first star, just like it was yesterday.
edit: When did the stars start? Wonder if I had more than 10 when they were implemented (I'm sure DougDoug did..).
Edit: March 1, 2010 Seems I only had 11 sessions by then, so barely a 1-star GM. I got my 5th star only 15 months after that, Robert. Get it in gear!

Craig Stokes wrote:Congrats Robert! I too recently earned my first star. It sure is rewarding to see all those smiling faces around the table and know that you helped make the fun happen, isn't it? I'll see you soon at two stars!Hey Craig, if I didn't say it before, congrats on your first star!
Thanks, Kyle! Ya know...this is one of the few cases where I can honestly say the journey is the reward. That one star represents a lot of awesome gaming experiences that I wouldn't trade for anything.

Interesting thredserection.
I like how the 1 star GM that started this thread way back in 2012 is now a 4 star GM.
I didn't even notice at first when I became a 1 star GM. Our local VC needed somebody to GM and knew I had many years of experience outside Society play. I started GMing and next thing I know I've got a star. This time next year there will probably be two. Game on, everybody. Game on. :)
