You don't. It was a special boon specially for Gencon. There will be very few goblins in society.
So if you see one....make it's life a living hell. You can always threaten it with writing down what it says into a book.
P.S. This goes without saying.....don't break any PFS society rules while goblin hating.

or better yet, don't hate at all
+1
Let's congratulate people who won them and if we see them in a game lets embrace it as an opportunity to have a unique and fun experience. Down with Runelord Belimarius! Let go of the envy and embrace an opportunity for a fun game. A cool reward like the goblin boon isn't a bad thing, it is the example of Paizo giving us awesome rewards at special events! While we will not see another Goblin boon, that doesn't mean we won't see other awesome things.I can't wait to play with a goblin character in PFS. It is sure to be full of role playing opportunities and an awesome time!

Some people have said that if they encounter a Goblin PC, they are going to make sure it has a hard time interacting with other PCs and NPCs.
I think that position is a very poor one to take. The 35 or so Goblin PCs were special enough to become officially certified members of the Pathfinder Society. The Decemverate wants them in the club. These are not your typical, licktoad, swap-dwelling goblins. They are cultured and refined ... well, at least enough to become Pathfinders.
Considering that one of the three basic tenets of the Pathfinders is to Corporate, those that purposely give these special Goblins a hard time will not be acting as true Pathfinders.

I would love to GM a goblin or 2, I also look forward to more boons like this.
I'll be sure to bring mine to Who's Yer Con. Leaning towards a Goblin Gnasher. Not really tactically great but should be fun to RP. I think I'll purchase a cage and a henchman to carry me around in it asap.

I am really looking forward to WYC this year. It is weird, yet onimous.
Hope to see you there.

As a player, I wouldn't trust it. You can tell me all day long that it is friendly, I still wouldn't trust it. Same as saying "Don't worry, *this* demon is friendly and tame!". As a GM? I'll play the reaction of the population straight: that a goblin PC won't be very well accepted socially. I won't mechanically penalize a party for it, but the RP will definitely be expected of a goblin.
I stand by my opinion that goblin boons were a mistake, as to make a goblin a member of the society, one removes their inherent goblin-ness.

It's good there were only 36 giving out then. If it was a mistake, they won't affect too many people. And eventually they will phase out of play and be gone. I believe we had exactly one Goblin PC sent to California so you should be ok with never having to ever play with one.

Actually there's three of us in Southern California, that I know of. But I haven't seen any of us play our goblins yet. In my case, I haven't had the chance yet and there's no way I am using judge credit on this one!
And while I can certainly be accused of being biased, I think it was a fantastic reward for coming to Gen Con and winning the special in our tier. I look forward to seeing what the PFS leadership comes up with for next Gen Con!
And it's not so hard to come up with believable stories on how goblins are in society. A favorite of mine was brought up during Rise of the Goblin Guild by one of the local GM's, namely that the Pathfinders are running an "experiment", namely can baby goblins captured and reared by the Pathfinder society overcome their racial features and be productive Pathfinders?

but sadly i just started playing and there is no other way to get them? :(
Unfortunately, no (at least, not at this time). It's the intent of campaign management to keep them as an extremely rare race among PCs -- apparently, even rarer than the other "boon" races (limited-availability races for which you need a boon Chronicle sheet to play).
It's possible that goblin boons will be offered again, but I'd suspect that they'll always be very limited in availability.

He said that..and that no other EVIL race would be ever considered. So, no gnolls, orcs, hobgoblins, bugbears, lawyers, door-to-door salesmen, drow, ect.

What appeals more to me than playing a goblin would be the opportunity to play a human with a goblin heritage. If I can do that, I'd shelve my other character immediately. Can I do that now and is the boon necessary, optional or irrelevent to doing this?
Nothing from the Goblin section of ARG is legal for play without a Goblin boon.

Well, the best way to emulate a Goblin I can think of is to play a Human with 'Racial Heritage (Goblin)', who is an Urban Druid, so that starting at 6th level, he Alter Self into Goblin form 24/7.
Of course, you still can't use any of the stuff from Goblins of Golarion with such a character, but it could still potentially be a lot of fun :-)
