Quick Clarification / Keen Weapon Price / Etc

Does a keen greatsword cost 50(greatsword)+300(masterwork)+2000(+1 Enhancement)=2,350 OR does it cost 4350 from needing 2 (+1 enhancement)?

Because this is an enhancemnet bonus does this stack with bull's strength or giant's belt which both give enhancement bonuses? Or am I fine because one is weapon enhancement and the other is a strength enhancement?

a +1 keen Greatsword would cost 8350 gp.

50 for the greatsword
300 for Masterwork
8000 for the +1 and the keen.

all magic weapons and armor must be masterwork and have a +1 befor you can add anything else.

It would cost the same as a +2 Greatsword. Is the simple way of saying.

The bonus to hit and damage from a weapon's enhancement bonus do stack with the bonus to hit and damage from an enhancement bonus to strength.

Is it also possible to get a +1 greatsword and enchant it later with keen or something else?

Also say I had a headband of wisdom +2, could i pay the difference to have the item enchanted into lvl 4?

No, a weapon must be at least +1 in order to have special abilities added to it.

Yes. When upgrading an item, you pay the difference in cost. In this case, that would be 6,000 gp.

This is how most players get better and better gear.

The main question is when enchanting an item do you divide the cost in half or not.
