Silver Crusade

I like Neil Gaiman. He's a very sensible fellow. Oh, and I loved his comics too. :)

Stardust was a wonderful comic, I don't know how bad the movie was in relation to the comic, since I didn't read the comic but I'm glad Neil was involved in production. :)

Read the novel, enjoyed it. Never knew it was a movie or a comic :P

And anyoe that is friends with Tori Amos has got to be awesome.

Stardust is an AMAZING movie. It is in my top 100 favorite movies of all time.

Dark Archive

My introduction to Gaiman was Good Omens, then later American Gods. Seen parts of Coraline and Stardust but haven't read the books yet. Sandman is on my long-term "to read" list.

I like Neil Gaiman too. High five!

I am currently reading American Gods right now.

Oooo, Neil Gaiman, a very very very fine writer. Try to check out neverwhere if you haven't read it yet.

Huzzah!

Plus I hear he's writing more Dr Who...

The Exchange

He is indeed a very fine writer.
There is a rumour he may be working with others on a theatre production of Neverwhere!

American Gods and Sandman were my introduction. Then Mr Gaiman came to my city signing (I think it was) Coraline. Meeting with him organized by his Polish publisher was great - the whole room cheerished him greatly when he started praising our city for it's monuments and how much "more cool" it was than the last two cities he visited.

I've seen him do a reading of a short story at the opera house. I steal outrageously from his stories for my pathfinder games. A creative genius and I can't say enough good things about such a perfect author.

Dark Archive

Smoke & Mirrors is among the finest collections of short stories I've ever had the pleasure of reading. Sandman was my intro...mesmerizing!

I met the dude.. got American gods signed.

I have read most of his novels but am kinda embarrassed to say I never even knew he did comics.

Pretty cool.

Sigilwraith.. Im going to look those up buddy. Thanks for the insight.

The Doctor's Wife was one of the best episodes of the entire new series. Definitely up for more Gaiman Who.

Sandman #8 is perhaps the single best comic book issue ever.

He was supposedly working on some of kind Professor Spacetime-themed episode for Community (including a Karen Gillian cameo/part), but he officially retracted the offer when we entered the Harmon-less "darkest timeline."

Liberty's Edge

Sandman is pretty great.

as is everything else I've read from him

Spoiler:
American Gods

I am kind of partial to Ramadan, far later in Sandman.

The guy is a genius. The strongest evidence for this is how many times other people have written his characters and lost the entire feel of them, to my thinking.

Black Orchid is good, the two Death comics likewise. Stardust is a great book and a good movie, but for different reasons. Good Omens is an absolute must read.
