Using aid another while invisible

Does a person under the effect of invisibility or vanish become visible if they use aid another to give an ally a bonus to AC.

Both spells indicate the effect only ends if they make an attack on a foe, and Aid Another in this case would operate both as a distraction (hard to be distracting if you're invisible) and an attack (against AC 10 in this case) which would end the spell.

So I would rule that "yes" you can Aid Attack by grabbing and interfering with that opponent, but you would become visible the moment you touched him.
