I have a friend who wants to play a ninja elf specializing in daggers - named Nigel Nine-knives. 25 pt build, starting at 4th level. I assume thrown weapons and maybe shuriken. Any advice?

There's apparently a weapon enchant in Ultimate Equipment that makes throwing knives duplicate themselves when thrown.

Awww from the title i was hopeing someone was gonna make a character that threw ninjas. :( :P
I think he is best off with shuriken atm (describe them as throwing knives) as you'd need quick draw to throw multiple daggers and feats will be tight early on.

So disappointed. I was hoping for a Frost Giant with Throw anything a potion of enlarge and a bag of holdling filled with halfling ninjas
Is your friend allowed 3rd party products? The super genius guide to the shadow assasin Is thematically the same as a ninja, and has a primary set of abilities that specialize around throwing shurikens very effectively. If its feasible I would strongly advise this class over the standard ninja if you want to play a thrower. (Note I believe you can check out the shadow assisin in the 3rd party section of pfsrd, but i cant check at the moment if someone else wants to find the link).
Barbarian and oracle? Is it a waves oracle? The barbarian can go rage prophet, ninja takes a level dip in oracle, and they all have water sight and every battle is obscuring mist. Bonus points for the ninja cause he gets sneak attack when they can't see him, which is...always (unless they have blindsight or something).
I kid, I kid.....
So to begin, obviously max dex but how important is Cha? Do they get enough Ki pool with a 12?
