I would probably do a straight fighter, but don't have the time today.
Nah. Flury of Stars from the Ninja would probably be your best bet...especially with some Imp Feint so that each hit gets sneak attack dice.
I will be honest though....I am at work so doing the research on this would not be good for my career.
He'd definitely need Throw Anything and the whole Point Blank Shot feat tree to represent his ridiculous aim. And eventually an assassination ability would probably fit. But beyond that I'm not sure.
I'd guess ranger (skirmisher)/assassin in some combination. deadly aim, Quick draw, rapid shot, both precise shot feats, throw anything. A pure ninja might also work as well.
A neat twist on a Bullseye might be an alchemist character.
Catch off guard and Monk of the Empty Hand. Win?

Would need to be able to take anything and turn it into a projectile weapon. Need something to explain how he makes say a Coin into something that can kill.
Covered by Throw Anything. When you consider that most people he kills likely only have a few hit dice, some sneak attack damage is likely to be lethal with a single throw.
