.. This needs to be in the conversions area.
Second: SA, dark vision is a must; to at least 120ft, Hugh strength and dex, decent con, int and cha should be close in score, but I think charisma should be higher, since people typically take his word on things and don't just deny him, plus creatures tend to fear him. He is somewhat smart, in many combat ways, but also in general.
As for an exact build, rogue seems the best bet, with TWF, as was his specialty and sneak attack. A knife master type build would work great.

Of course that's only building Riddick as he is in Pitch Black ... not an equivalent of Riddick in a high fantasy world. I would argue the second is more appropriate, because frankly a rogue with Dark Vision isn't all that special.
A Seer Oracle with Clouded Vision ticks the box of having truly exceptional perception ... but lacks the combat punch a bit.

I would also drop in 4 levels of fighter (weapon master) for Weapon Training 1, access to weapon specialization, and some gloves of dueling. Not only was he a great sneak and killer, but Riddick could also kill you while facing you, with no benefit of flanking, movement, or apparently feinting.
Scout archetype might be good too, just for kicks.

3 levels in weapon master. 4 levels does nothing for you except for the extra fighter bonus feat. That's it.

4 levels gives access to Weapon Specialization... the primary requirements for that being weapon focus in said weapon, AND fighter, level 4.

A two weapon fighter ranger might be the way to go. select human as your favored enemy, possibly switch out your bonus feat for darkvision, or go racial heritage, and try to find something that can give you darkvision, or ask your gm to give you a permanent dark vision spell (costs 2.5k but you might be able to work something out, you get less treasure till the debt is payed for instance).Even better is greater dark vision, as you can then see farther than most anyone else, and you would be fluffing it a bit anyways.
To get good ideas check out here. There are a ton of good ideas that can work with this, is all standard, and can still kick but real well. keep the comments flowing, I would love a good Riddick to see kicking around!

Also... I really wanna FAQ it but I do not want to get in trouble, but I really wanna FAQ it but I do not want to get in trouble, But really wanna FAQ it but I do not want to get in trouble, but I reeeeaaally wanna FAQ it but I do not want to get in trouble.... What to do... What to do.... XS
Edit: There I did it, now when I get in trouble at least my conscience will be clear ;]

Half-Orc seems to cover the Darkvision and non-humanness of the character very well for me, personally.
So I'd make him a Half-Orc Urban Ranger with Favored Enemy (Human), and one Feat used for Improved Unarmed Strike for use with TWF (which he clearly has). That really seems to cover most of his stuff. Maybe a level or two of Urban Barbarian to round him out as well.
Stat wise, he's got very good Str and Dex, above average Con, Int, and Wis and a dumped Cha score.
In 20 point-buy: Str 16 Dex 16 Con 14 Int 12 Wis 12 Cha 7
In 25 pb up his Str to 18, in 15 pb drop Dex to 14...though that's starting to be too low to do him justice.
