Yep. You lose all your shield's bonuses, including properties.
Equipment - Buckler: "if you use a weapon in your off hand, you lose the buckler's AC bonus until your next turn."
Shield, Heavy; Wooden or Steel: "If you use your shield as a weapon, you lose its AC bonus until your next turn."
If losing the AC bonus also lost any special properties, the bashing special ability would not function.

The bashing is a specific exception to the general rule. In such a case you would lose ALL of the properties EXCEPT for the bashing, which you would retain only when making a shield bash attack.

The rules are pretty clear you only lose the AC bonus. The idea that you lose everything but bashing is an exception has no founding in the RAW.
It makes sense from the prospective of function/RAMS too. That buckler isn't blocking the fireball or stoping that sneak attack from hitting your vitals (which is a function of AC); the buckler has an enchantment that effects the wielder, something not using the buckler for blocking (but still wearing it) would not impede.
