Maybe I'm just plain dumb, or blind, but...
Human Zombie
Str 17, Dex 10, Con —, Int —, Wis 10, Cha 10
Base Atk +1; CMB +4; CMD 14
Attacks
It also gains a slam attack that deals damage based on the zombie's size, but as if it were one size category larger than its actual size (see Natural Attacks).
Looks like a +4 attack to me (1 BAB, 3 by Str); for 1d6+3 (1d4 upgraded to 1d6, +3 from Str).
However,
Melee slam +4 (1d6+4)
Umm... where does this additional point of dmage come from? Did I miss something?

Think it's under Universal Monster Rules, or creating monsters in the Bestiary.
Creatures with only 1 attack get 1.5 x str modifier, just as if it was 'going all two handed.' If it gets more attacks (ie a second slam) it goes back down to 1x.
To see this in effect, look up an a Large vs Huge Earth elemental. The large only has 1 attack, 20 str, gets +7 damage. The Huge has 24 str, 2 attacks, also +7 damage.
Does a slam use both arms?
Oozes have slam attacks.

Franky, I don't know. I cannot find a definition slam == two-handed attack anywhere in the rules. Maybe I just ran into some language barrier...
Me either.
So many creatures have the generic SLAM attack but it's not defined. If it's not defined why even have it? Just say it does X amount of bludgeoning damage. At least I assume it's bludgeoning, since it's never defined.
Anyone have the RAW for Slam attacks?

Slam is a catch all natural attack, it is basically anything not a claw, bite, rend, wing buffet, hoof, horn, etc.. attack. It can be done be any appendage, even without appendage, the specifics of it is up to the GM.
For a zombie it can be just slamming his shoulder into you, or slapping you with his arm, or even just ramming his head into you. GMs are encourage to describe the attack as descriptive and colorful as they like.
