I'm planning for my next character an Unarmed Fighter who's like a professional wrestler. You know, grapples, trips, and unarmed combat. I know I should take Improved Grapple, Improved Trip, Power Attack, and the prerequisites for those. Any other feats I should be looking into to improve my Combat Maneuvers or ability to fight unarmed? Specific magic items I should be keeping an eye out for? Since we roll for our stats, a general order I should place my rolls?
Thanks for any assistance you guys can give, and let me know if there's any more information you might need to help me out.

Improved Reposition is an EXCELLENT feat chain, especially once you have greater reposition so you can force the opponent into provoking AoO.
I also recommend using a maneuver master monk, since they get by far the most maneuvers per round than any other class. Fighter is just too far away from the brawler model to be effective without his heavy armor, and weapon focus/spec feats which you would be forced to give up for the maneuver feats. Monk gets almost as many bonus feats as a fighter as is, and has significantly more class abilities that mesh with the character concept.

But seriously, even historically wrestling was a sport, not something you staked your life on in a regular basis in combat.
I agree, wrestling historically wasn't something you staked your life on in combat, ever. But this is Pathfinder, we kill dragons by stabbing them with something that's the size equivalent of something smaller than a pen, why not have a guy who runs around German Suplexing dudes?

Thanks, I'll look into the Reposition feats. I'll also take a look at the Maneuver Master Monk, but I'm currently really liking the Unarmed Fighter archetype. Mostly because the Unarmed Fighter is really capable at regular hand-to-hand combat, not just combat maneuvers.

not sure what class you are planning on using but the Tetori Monk archetype would be worth looking at for this build.

Play Hunter the Barbarian, wield a hammer.
Seriously though I would try combining the Grappler monk with Barbarian for the powerhouse feel. You could then also try to get that weird Rage power, which allows you to hit your enemies with their pinned team mates.
