If I were to create a .pdf (say, some archetypes, feats, or NPCs for use with the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game, plus a copy of the OGL), what would it take to sell it on the paizo website for sale? Would I need to be incorporated, or can a private party sell his intellecual property? I create a lot of material, and obtaining a standard or registered copyright is easy.
Would copywriting an item be sufficient? Do I need be incorporated or a small business owner?
Thanks in advance,

I don't believe that Paizo requires you to have a particular business structure (LLC, whatever) to sell stuff on the Paizo website. The purpose of using a business structure is to fiddle with your taxes and protect your personal assets should something go drastically wrong with your business (say, if one of your PDFs catches on fire and injures a person and suddenly you have to pay their hospital bills because you're at fault). Your business structure (or lack thereof) doesn't affect your ability to sell PDFs on the Paizo site.
I'm sure Vic, Jeff, or Chris will pop in here with more info.

Thanks. I know it's not hard to put a copyright on something, and I'm told it's not terribly hard to get an LLC (or whatever).
I'm hoping, however, that Vic, Jeff, or Chris will tell me that I can sell a .pdf through the Paizo website even if all I am is an author with a standard copyright.
EDIT: If my .pdf does catch fire and injure someone, I'll definately be going into an entirely different line of business.
