I am playing as a Half-Dragon Monk in a campaign. We are at level 6, how does natural weapons play in to my attack rotation, and flurry of blows.
Do I make my standard attacks with flurry and then I can make the attacks with my claws afterwards? Or do I have to pick one or the other, i've never been quite certain how the whole natural weapons worked.
Just to be clear, can I use my natural attacks in the same round as my flurry of blows.
Thanks guys simple question, that I probably could have figured out by reading enough.. but this is easier. :D

You'd have to choose whether you're full-attacking using unarmed strike flurry of blows, or full-attacking using your natural weapons, you can't use both in the same round, nor can you use your natural weapons for the attacks in flurry of blows.
Yes there is a valuable argument to say that you "could" use your BAB granted Unarmed Strikes as Kicks, instead of using your FoB, leaving your two natural claw attacks available for the rotation.
There is no actual rules I can think of to contradict this so basically as always it is up to the judgement of your Dungeon Master.

On the contrary, there are explicit rules against it, and a feat which let you bypass them.
A monk cannot use any weapon other than an unarmed strike or a special monk weapon as part of a flurry of blows. A monk with natural weapons cannot use such weapons as part of a flurry of blows, nor can he make natural attacks in addition to his flurry of blows attacks.
Prerequisite: Improved Unarmed Strike, Weapon Focus with selected natural weapon.Benefit: Choose one of your natural weapons. While using the selected natural weapon, you can apply the effects of feats that have Improved Unarmed Strike as a prerequisite, as well as effects that augment an unarmed strike.
Special: If you are a monk, you can use the selected natural weapon with your flurry of blows class feature.

I think there is one way you can mix unarmed strike and natural attack without the feat, but not FoB. You would make a single unarmed attack at your normal base attack, then use your natural weapons as secondary attacks, at a -5 to attack for all. This is similar to using a manufactured weapon and natural weapons in the same full-attack action.

In that scenario, you could make as many unarmed strikes as you have iterative attacks, then all your natural weapons as secondary. For low-level monks with lots of natural attacks, it may be worth it until they can pick up the feat.

If you read what I said, I state that you -CAN NOT- do it with FoB but it -might- be doable with your Basic Attack Bonus granted unarmed strikes as kicks, leaving your claws free to be added... at substantial minus of course.

You're right. I misread what you were saying.

Just remember that when adding natural attacks as secondary weapons, you are only allowed to use limbs that did NOT wield a manufactured weapon.
Even with two claws, you would only get one extra claw attack with a full round action that utalized a longsword
That being said, you could get two claw attacks if you were using a blade boot.
