You could make one up for your game.
Scenario: A ancient magical font of darkness has been found, and the priests of [evil deity] have begun the business of exporting unholy water to the far reaches of the realm.
This might make for a great adventure, or adventure path of your own, and your permutation/instance of Golarion or whichever world can now have "unholy water". Perhaps name it, "Elixir Of [evil priest, saint, or detity].
Just a thought.

unholy water has a damage type - look at the spell that creates it.
