GM 101 Workshops
14 different Seminars

14 *different* Seminars? Cool! I thought there was just going to be a GM 101 workshop... what other kinds of things can we look forward to? Also, will there be a retirement track available?
You wil have to wait for Gen Con to release the schedule to find out what seminars we are having. I don't want to spoil all of the surprises.
All the scenarios I listed are what will be available in the PFS Gaming Hall at Gen Con. We will not be running the Eyes of Ten retirement arc this Gen Con. I will note, however, that both parts of the Gen Con Special will be available for levels 12+ but will be extremely challenging so don't bring your favorite retired character if you don't want him or her to die :-)

With the exception of the Gen Con Special rounds 1 and 2 and Kid's Track sessions, every scenario listed above will be offered in all 10 time slots at Gen Con.

Mike's talking about all of Paizo's scheduled events, not just PFS, so the 14 seminars include things like the annual "What's New with Paizo" seminar and individual seminars focused on specific Paizo product lines.

Thanks for the clarification- so we can expect to see a seminar on the MMO development as well?

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA in your face Baird
Ouch! My face! It hurts!
The tables I've played where you were GM no one died so I guess I will go with Thea Peters deadly.
Tables? You mean table. "Care" for round 2? I wonder how many players out there have a 50% or greater survival rate at my table...

Oh, I guess you haven't seen my Campaign Coordinator boon yet...... Sure, I can go for round 2. My boon will make your eyes pop out ;-)

Sorry Mike, you can't sign your own boon chronicle. You need a previous coordinator for that. Your chronicle is invalid. Your tears will be delicious when I tear it up in front of you.
Now come sit at my table and prepare for the time of your life! The last 4 hours of your life, that is.

It is. There is a Chronicle passed down from CC to CC. I now have it in my possession as the 4th owner.

I've never GM'd sponsored tables at a convention before, so I've always had to provide my own materials. Since I'm a Tiered GM this summer, I have some questions about this.
- First Steps, Part 1
- First Steps, Part 2
- First Steps, Part 3
- Gen Con Special, Part 1
- Gen Con Special, Part 2
- #3-06: Song of the Sea Witch
- #3-15: The Haunting of Hinojai
- #3-17: Red Harvest
- #3-18: God's Market Gamble
- #3-21: Temple of Empyreal Enlightment
- #3-23: The Goblinblood Dead
- #3-24: The Golden Serpent
- #3-25: Storming the Diamond Gate
- #3-26: Portal of the Sacred Rune
- #3-EX: The Cyphermage Dilemma
- #4-01: Rise of the Goblin Guild
- #4-02: In Wrath's Shadow
- #4-03: The Golemworks Incident
- #4-04: King of the Storval Stairs
- Will those of us who are traveling to GenCon as Tiered GMs be granted free access to download at least the scenarios that we're scheduled to run (or waitlisted for running) so that we can review them before we arrive?
- Will there be printed copies at the convention for us to work with if we don't want to print and pack our own? (I probably still will pack my own since I can highlight important points.)

a couple of tips for running at gencon
1. You'll get access to the scenarios before hand, although there should be printed copies at the headquarters desk. I strongly urge you to print and prep ahead of time.
2. Have all your materials save the chronicles. Paizo will provide the tracking sheets and the chronicles for you; but faction missions etc you're on you're own for
3. prep prep prep prep. Have all your maps drawn ahead of time -- gaming paper is cheap and an easy way to permanently have your map there for the duration of the convention. If you're gming more than on scenario I would strongly suggest investing in some (or graph paper) and have all this done up
There won't be a lot if any time between slots for prepping as you'll get a new table each time and have to completely pack up and vacate one table to go to the next. If you're lucky you'll have about 20-30 minutes between slots. so there won't be time to be reading and prepping a scenario

Will the Gen Con special (part 1) be available locally, like "Year of the Shadow Lodge" and "Blood Under Absalom" were?
Will part 2 of the special will be exclusive to Gen Con?
Yes, part 1 will be available for local, regional conventions as it is every year. Part 2 is exclusive and will only be available this one time at Gen Con 2012.

Unless you are a Purple Fluffy CatBunnyGnome. Then when you finish your session in two hours, you'll have plenty of time to prep for the next slot. :D

What do you get when you cross Bob and Thea together? A GM that finishes a scenario in the exact allotted time.
