Question,
I got to thinking, is it possible for a Magus to deliver a touch Spell via Spell-strike with the Mirror strike spell? Thus allowing him to split the spell between two targets? Say for example Frigid Touch which applies "Staggered" to those it hits.
Just thinking out loud and wanted to gear some thoughts.

Reading mirrior strike and using frigid touch as an aditional weapon quality I would say that if you hit both you should be able to split the damage and thusly the effect. You would have to cast mirrior strike first tho. Other wise you would lose frigid touch from being held.
You would only get one round of action like you discribe.
rnd1 spellcombate (mirrior strike) then (regular attacks with spell modiffication)
rnd2 spellcombate utilizing spellstrike ((frigid touch)free strike (with effect))then (regular attacks with spell modiffication) spell ends.

No... the spell goes off on the first target you strike that you choose to unleash the spell on. Spellstrike is only good for one target and that includes multiple ray target spells like scorching ray which are applied to spellstrike with the appropriate mystery.
Actually, the Close Range arcana dictates that only one of multiple rays of Scorching Ray would be usable. The rest are wasted.
Close Range (Ex)
Benefit: The magus can deliver ray spells that feature a ranged touch attack as melee touch spells. He can use a ranged touch attack spell that targets more than one creature (such as scorching ray), but he makes only one melee touch attack to deliver one of these ranged touch effects; additional ranged touch attacks from that spell are wasted and have no effect. These spells can be used with the spellstrike class feature.
Emphasis mine.

Hes asked about frigid touch not scorching ray. So if it is scorching ray that hes wants to use it would only use one ray and the damage of that one ray would be split not a secound ray. Mirrior strike cuts everything in half it does not provide a secound means of delivery. So every once in awhile you get the conditions being doubled like exhaustion. But be careful DR and ER get doubled too. >)

First aye about holding the charge. Second I was thinking more along the lines of spells that allow multiple touches,(rounds of duration such as Elemental Touch/Calecific touch) whic also apply a status effect (elemental touch)
Now in the example of Calefic touch the ability damage would just split, but the situation with conditions is how do you "split" one?
Its just another sad day in the Saga of Spellstrike.

And another victory in keeping Magic to reasonable limits. Or perhaps a reminder that Spellstriking isn't the be all and end all to the Magus class.

Yes to elemental touch, but you can't use your sword. Elemental touch is an effect on your hands not trasferable threw a sword va spellstrike.
Yes to half the dex damage from calfefic touch. Try not to dilute yourslef so much. Both of these conditions splitable using mirrior strick, but casting mirrior strike one round and getting just melee attacks that round and then splitting a minor condition (yes half a a d4 is way less threatening than the full d4 for calefic touch) seems silly. Don't waist your rounds or your spell slots like that. If you want to help your team by putting conditions that make it easier for your team to hit and damage them and make it more difficult for them to cast or do other theings that require concintration(witch is what i assume your trying to do) just take the spellbreaker feat line and use your calefic touch (or similar spell) on one target at a time. Focusing on one target at a time will drop them faster and allow you to be more effective by just your just being there. If you want to try and make your team better over all try using a simple spell like Tactical Acumen to boost your whole party instantly instead of waisting two rounds. Thats my opinion tho; take that for what it's worth.

Calcific Touch is limited to once per round.
Even with something like Chill Touch, for example, the problem is not discharging the touch spell, but with Mirror Strike, which only works on your next melee attack roll.
So you could cast Mirror Strike, not attack this round, then next round cast Chill Touch, and your next attack roll would use Mirror Strike. So if you hit, then Mirror Strike stuff happens, with Chill Touch effects. After that, Mirror Strike is done, so the rest of your attacks that round will not be split. Even if you have more attacks that round, and still have touches left from Chill Touch, they wont split.
As for the condition, it's not explicit, but you're hitting the guy and applying the effect of the spell, so I don't see any reason why you wouldn't apply the condition to both guys you hit.
