Hey guys I'm currently playing in a homebrew game with 4 others. We are currently level 14 and i was hoping you guys could help me think of some good ideas for a character. We currently have in the party a: Ranger, Support Druid (focuses on heals and buffs), Summoner, and a Witch (she isn't build very well right now). I was thinking of making a Blaster Sorc/wizard, A Cleric that focuses on debuffs, or an oracle. Thoughts on feats/spells for them? Assume 16's in all stats besides one, which can be anywhere from 18 to 22.
I DO NOT WANT TO PLAY A MARTIAL FIGHTER, DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.
We do not have alignment so a lot of those types of spells work abit differently, such as Holy Word only works against evil outsiders. Word of law (or whatever it is) only works against certain chaotic beings.
Books are CRB, APG, and UM, thats it

wow - kind of open ended.
What do you want to do with it? At level 14 the world is pretty much your oyster - find a feat that you think is bombtastic, and work backwards from there.
also note, this is a party without a rogue, so that could be a route to look at.
Or grab one of the pretige classes (provided they suit the homebrew) and fine tune the trickery.

I was thinking of focusing on Spell focus and Metamagic for my feats as most everything in the homebrew game that boost stats is ungodly expensive (think 50k for a +1 item). Is getting a lot of feats like that worthwhile or a waste? What do you think are good bloodlines for a sorc? What about good domains for a Cleric that focuses on debuffs?

The reason im not playing a Full BAB front liner is that im currently playing one and dislike it. being a front liner in this game is way to hard, as getting AC items is next to impossible (+1 Ac Vs melee ONLY is 10k). Getting good weapons is also far and beyond book price (i have what would be considered +2 swords at level 14) . The DM also thinks my damage is too high (its like 130-150 on a full attack) so he adjust monster HP by about 400%. Overall its not worth playing it anymore, as i can only last 2 rounds in combat, if that, and die A LOT

I assume that statement is about the fighter and not the game as a whole- which was what I would say. The GM seems to be specifically hosing your character 'because you're too good' at what you're supposed to be doing as a fighter. When you switch, he'll probably say your next character is too good at blasting and give everything huge SR. 130-150 on a full attack is normal for fighters of that level.
Anyhow, I'd suggest playing Arcane Trickster specializing in rays. It's a fun build, it's challenging, and no one ever complains that it is overpowered. Also, steal everything. That should offset your problem with expensive magic items. The best part is that you are at the point where the build really comes into its own- no having to suffer through those first 7 levels without your AT special abilities.

Infernal Bloodline Sorcerer.
Spell Focus, Greater Spell Focus, Varisian Tattoo, Spell Specialization, all focused on Dominate spells.
Pump your Charisma through the roof (all 16s + a 22 Cha on a sorcerer is wicked fun.)
All your other spells should focus around disguise, buffs, and stealth.
Human, with Favored Class: Sorcerer for Spells Known.
See how your DM likes it when you don't even have to bother rolling damage anymore.
Of course, it sounds like all the enemies will simply "make" all their saving throws with this setup. In my opinion, take over GM duties or find a new group.

Ah, it's not playing a full BAB class you don't like, it's that your DM is nerfing you brutally for being 'too good' compared to the casters.
OK, my advice is not to play what you like, my advice is explain to the DM that he is making the game no fun for you, and can he please stop it. There are a myriad of ways of dealing with a powerful fighter, other than hosing them by denying them their gear and just giving foes more hit points. If he won't listen, it's up to you but I'd vote with my feet.

Is the Ranger a Archer or a Fighter? If you only have 1 warrior(ranger) and the rest are spellcasters. The rest of the group will be cought in melee combat. Normaly the fighters take the fight, while the casters are able to stand back. With no warrior line there is nothing to stop or slow down the monsters from getting the rest of the group.
I agree about talking to your GM. If there are no fighters, the group could get killed off easy and the GM will have to take action.

Well currently if we need a bunch of help we have the Summoners pet, or his summon monsters, the druid also does a lot of summoning. So if we need front liners we can get them in bulk more or less.
This really wasn't meant to be a discussion on my DM guys, simply a "what do you guys think i should play"

You can't really make a choice on what you play without taking the GM into consideration. My last 3.5 game I played in I would never had played a ranger if I had known how stingy with treasure he was going to be for instance. I let him get killed off and rolled up a cleric so I could be gear independent. I don't really like playing cleric that much, but it was better than barely getting a +1 sword by 8th level.

one that I have been playing around with might be just right for this level.
not optimized or anything, but crazy thematic.
Oracle of Flame 1 / Fire Elemental Sorceror Half Orc 13
Half Orc Favored Class bonus for +6 damage with fire Spells
Oracle of Flame for the lingering burning on your fire spells, and thematically, I like the Wasting Curse (skin it as being horribly burned) or just go with Lame or Tongues.
Take every spell that you want to blast with as NOT fire, your bloodline ability will allow you to cast a Fiery Lightning Bolt or Fiery Acid Cloud at will, and it keeps you from being hobbled by such things as Fire Resistance / Immunity.
the Oracle side also gives you easy access (though it sounds like that is a false hope) to Clerical Scrolls, you can heal / stabilize in a pinch, and you get armor training (consider Arcane Armor Proficiency).
Alternately, a Empyreal Sorceror (Wisdom Based) with a single level of Sensei Monk is a fine build too.

you could take a dose of crazy jank and Crossblood Elemental and Djinn / Efreeti / Marid / Shaitan. Allow you to switch two different elements. Although for that build I would definately go human so that you can shore up your spells known with Favored Class spell selection.
Lightning Bolt or Acid Bolt or Cold Bolt.... decisions decisions.
I have motes of understanding rolling around in my skull that sound like ignoring resistances.....
nothing comes up on searches though.

If the DM continues to mess with hitpoints after you retire your fighter, go with anything specializing in SoS/SoD effects and/or ability damage. Especially if the Cleric is debuffing and if the witch can do anything.
going w/ blaster is trying to fight fire with fire (literally?) and DMs win that battle by fiat.
