Ok, I never got the shipping e-mail. Hadn't checked this thread, lost track of it to be honst.

Time to panic?

Edit E-mail sent, received, shipping sent. Bill is Awesome!

The combined dead-tree book does have the updated TOHC page numbers for the stat blocks that you're speaking of.

AND
Just got off the phone with Bill. We officially ARE going to do a combined pdf of the whole book minus the bonus chapter. It will be available:

--For free to subscribers
--For free to those who purchase the big dead-tree book without subscription
--AS a pdf for sale to those who haven't bought the big book (don't know the price yet)

It will include all the errata we have compiled and the updates of stat block references to the TOHC, plus all the little add-ins I included in the final editorial pass that will appear int he big book.
Once again, it will NOT include the bonus chapter. That is a special subscriber, dead-tree thing only

So that's all good news, I think. :-)

That is good news! *happy dance* When I run this adventure, I'll make sure that I'm using the books. I'll have to run this at my house so that I don't have to break myself carting around the Core Rulebook and The Slumbering Tsar Saga and The Tome of Horrors Complete and the Bestiaries. :)

I am very excited to get my dead-tree copy of this book in the mail. I'll need to clear up some gaming shelf real estate.

Just thought, quick question. I don't order stuff from america very often, so how long is delivery likely to take? i.e. If it is shipped mid-may, is it likely to arrive before the start of june?

I ask because on june 1st i'm going away for a 5-day LARP event, and i'm kinda hoping this book will be able to keep me and my friends doubly entertained while we're there (roleplay-ception!)

You don't actually say where you're based, but my experience being in the UK is that it's usually 7-10 days, not often longer. Don't forget we don't have an actual 'firm' ship date yet though.

Living in Germany, I can say it usually takes anywhere from 1 week till 3 weeks, depending on the shipping option until books reach me.

Frog God Games

Uusally 7-10 days, yes. Italy/France etc. an extra 2 weeks. Germany and England are faster. Oddly, Norway and Finland are very fast. Not sure why.

I can't remember, when does the book ship (and the PDFs go out to subscribers)?

Book should ship on or about May 28th.

Frog God Games

Does it have to do with the truck ??

Great, Greg even managed to TPK the delivery truck!

Does anyone from FGG know if it's too late to order and add one additional book to throw in the Slumbering Tsar shipping box?

It is not too late. Send Bill an email requesting adding a book to your shipment. He'll probably tell you to go ahead and order via his website. I believe they plan on processing the deliveries on Memorial Day Weekend and bringing them to the post office the day after.

Frog God Games

You have about 10 days or so--Greg will be here week of the 21st--we will mail Tuesday 6/29. I need all orders in by 6/22 basically

Fixed it for you.

Any thoughts on when the final master pdf for this behemoth will be available for subscriber download?

And, on a related note, any news on the scheduling of d20Pro maps and/or HeroLab files for ST?

Can't wait to get my hands on this thing...

How big are your hands? From the delivery truck pics, you may need an unsuspecting friend to help carry the book inside...

I'm gonna throw my copies of Slumbering Tsar and Rappan Athuk Reborn in a cage with some raw meat and see which one wins.

Don't try to break its fall with your foot if you drop it accidentally... I'm betting the critical range is something like 15-20

Frog God Games

x3, of course.

CAGE MATCH!!!

With special guest referee... THE TOME OF HORRORS!

(who will obviously get involved and completely win the crowd over by knocking them both out. He can't help but win, he's the only one of the three with his own stats!)

And the ability to summon ANYTHING within his pages.

Like... I dunno... Orcus and Tsathogga...

Not at all Carbon. I am going crazy over here. Fortunately, I live about 60 miles from Bill and that should mean I see it in a day or two.

Or better yet. Bill I am willing to drive up and get it over the weekend.... :)

Send him an email. If you offer to help him pack books, I'm sure he'll be thrilled to have you come by.

LOL, I'm not sure I was talking about packing books but I'll shoot him an email.

Thanks...

Sovereign Court

Has it shipped yet ? Has IT shipped yet ?

Preciousssss !

Pathfinder Roleplaying Game Charter Superscriber

Question: What sort of shipping will be used? Trying to estimate how long it will take to reach me once it is shipped.

Thanks!

Basically I am lazy, so does anyone remember if the weight of the book has been mentioned? I would like to warn my US Postal Lady before she strains something trying to carry it.

Frog God Games

I don't know how much an individual book weighs. It seems moving north to Alaska has certain advantages, such as book packing avoidance. However, you could show her this picture to warn her.

Sovereign Court

Just seen about Unusual Suspects. I am interested.

Ha! I never thought to ask who you were on the messageboards. Now I know. :-) Thanks for joining us for lunch and hanging out for bit (and giving us a much needed break). It was good to meet you.

On a side note. We finished packing all but a few of the books (which we'll knock out today), and we deliver them to the post office tomorrow.

Thanks Greg and it was part of the reason I commented here.

Good work on getting all the books packed. Quite a production line ya'll had going.
