Problems with the New Avatars

Some of the New Avatars are listed as "Custom", and if you have one and go to change it it doesn't let you.

This is one of those such avatars.

Having the same problem here on a profile i'm trying to re-use for a different PbP.

"You have a custom avatar image. Please contact customer service to change your avatar image."

I am trying to change the avatar to the Ezren avatar from Vaults of Madness

(Browse avatars using the 'Wizard' checkbox, hes on the third or fourth row).

75 users have the avatar I have on that profile so i'm pretty sure its not a custom...

That happened to me yesterday. I was just looking at the avatars and seeing what was there, using an alias I don't use anymore for anything else. But when I tried to pick one, I got the same message Alexander did.

I have gotten the same message as well.

We've gotten a similar report before. We can manually unset the avatars to make you able to reselect, but they shouldn't be having that behavior at all. I'll see what we can find.

I dont mind holding onto it. Don't worry about removing it for me, I was just giving you a heads up that it was happening for your site-fixing purposes chris.

Can you manually unset the one I mentioned above if you find the time? I'd like to sort it tonight if possible.

I've found the bug causing this message to pop up when it shouldn't. It should be fixed sometime this afternoon.. (I'll post again in this thread when it is fixed.)
