The White-Haired Witch archetype uses Int for damage bonus and for the CMB with the grab-like ability. By RAW, that means it uses strength for the following:
*Attack bonus. Unclear whether damage bonus is str+int or just int.
*The level 4 trip ability
*The level 6 pull ability
*Any other combat maneuver you choose to use your hair for.
Deliberate intent or shoddy writing?
EDIT: Oh, and grappled creatures roll vs. 10+BAB+str+dex; the WHW can grab, but sucks at holding on.

Agreed. I think the ability is the shoddy writing. At least, I would hope. It seems balanced if it were ALL int since it gives up Hexes. As it is right now, a regular witch with Prehensile Hair seems like it would thrash a white-haired witch even at its niche.

As a note, you can apparently have two threads with the exact same title? Thats odd.
I posted http://paizo.com/forums/dmtz56ae?WhiteHaired-Witch-and-stats as well, and got a bunch of FAQs if you haven't FAQed it there.
Its definately a sad thing that the archetype is less effective at what it does than Prehensile Hair, with such wildly different costs (all Hexes versus a single hex).
