Healer Domain: Healer's Blessing + Item Creation

Healer's Blessing:
Healer's Blessing (Su): At 6th level, all of your cure spells are treated as if they were empowered, increasing the amount of damage healed by half (+50%). This does not apply to damage dealt to undead with a cure spell. This does not stack with the Empower Spell metamagic feat.

Since when you cast "cure" spell its automatically empowered do all your items created from those spells are empowered as well?

Example:

Potion of Cure Light Wounds (CL1) doing 1d8+1 +50% for 50gp

Nope no more than a fire bloodline sorcerer's scrolls. Created items always assume no feats or class abilities that affect the final spell.

Talonhawke, as I myself recently switched over to PFRPG with my group after many years of homebrew 3.5, I was wondering if you could site a source for the above statement you made. Thanks.

Magic Items and Metamagic Spells: With the right item creation feat, you can store a metamagic version of a spell in a scroll, potion, or wand. Level limits for potions and wands apply to the spell's higher spell level (after the application of the metamagic feat). A character doesn't need the metamagic feat to activate an item storing a metamagic version of a spell.

Actually for Metamagic feats apparently do funtion that way so Ask your GM about class abilities and go with what he says I'm now inclinded to say yes but stipulate that looking for items with theses abilities in shops would require you to commison them and pay more possibly.

Also Harmor to your question since this on emulates a meta magic feat yes actually they would all be empowered.

Is there any official ruling on this? There are other abilities/feats that have similar effect (i.e. they give you the benefit of a metamagic feat without actually changing the level of the spell). The scope of the spells they usually affect are usually limited, like healer's blessing only affecting cure spells (and not breath of life). If it's in the "grey" then I'll make my own ruling but it would be great to get some developer feedback. Thanks for any help!

RAW is silent AFAIK.

That said, TANSTAAFL*. For metamagic feats, you still have to pay more for the higher spell level--not because the spell level is higher, but because magic item costs are based on their effect, not their crafter's viability. I would rule (totally housin' here) that you could make the empowered potion, but it would cost the same as if you'd made it with the Empower Spell feat instead. If that means you can't make it because of the higher spell level as mentioned above, then you wouldn't be able to make it.

*Offer not valid for gunslingers with abundant ammunition
