We have an existing group that has lost it's Dwarf Cleric and are looking a fresh face to fill that spot.
You can step into the existing PC or create a new one of your own personality and style.
Background; We're playing as "Pathfinders" using the pathfinder society scenarios. However, this is an ongoing campaign so were NOT using the PFS specific rules or reporting the games.
Were just finishing up "First Steps part one", so it's a great time to join in.
Check out the game thread here:
Game Thread.
Why a Dwarf? Why a Cleric?
The main purpose is a PC that has a lot of religious knowledge and skill. Unique racial skills and the healing ability is a big plus as well. If you have an alternate concept that fills this need, we'll consider that also.

Working up a concept right now. I will post him in a bit. Let me know if there are any special request from your players, either flavor or mechanical. I often play support roles so not being the belle of the ball is no issue. I also don't hang out in the forums trying to reduce the game to a set of numbers instead of a good time. So, let me know if you have any input and I will work it into the proposal. Thanks, Bilbo.

Alright, I'll bite. I have a dwarf cleric in mind.
Of course, if Bilbo Bang-Bang has a concept and rolls with it, I think it's only right to pick him up. You can't go wrong with that guy. I really don't need to be in another game. It's just when you mentioned dwarf cleric, I thought of this RL pc I used to run back in the day that I had a good time with. So I figured, what the hey.
But just in case--What is the starting gold y'all used in creation?

Here is this guy.
Still not sold on the pic, or a few other minor issues mechanics wise, but here's the gist of him.

Thanks Avaren and Javell aka Emercy Hammertime.
I'll give Bilbo Bang-Bang a bit more time to post his PC since not everyone can/wants/is able to post on the weekends.
Otherwise I'll make the difficult choice between you two. I have a jump in point in mind for the new Pathfinder, so when it gets here I'll need 'ya ready for action.
Should be tomorrow depending on what the group decides to do.
| Javell DeLeon |
Cool. Whether chosen or not, he'll be finished up by tomorrow for sure.
Edit: And just as a heads up, my posting time is normally after 6pm CST. Weekends are no problem, but of course that happens to be the slowest times for the boards.
So if you're looking for someone who can post during the weekday before said time, that wouldn't be me.
I'm actually on vacation so it's no problem for this week.

Sorry about the lack of a character post. I had a backstory ready to submit and then my infant wiped it with a button push. Sucks. But, let's try this again.
Fernis Stoutanvil:
The Stoutanvil clan has a long history of service to the empyreal Lord Ragathiel dating to the battle of Orc Slaughter. During a pitched assualt favoring the orcs of the Marroweater Tribe, an image of Torag at his forge apeared above the field of honor. As the sparks rained down upon the combatants, the god suddenly cast the sword he was hammering to a waiting Ragathiel. The five winged lord turned and cleaved a gaping hole in the orc line with his glowing bastard sword. This opportunity was all the dwarves needed to take the upper hand.
In a mad dash the Stoutanvils utterly crushed them. From this day forward the clan sent at least one of its sons to the service of Ragathiel as a sign of respect to the lord's aide. Easily identified by the bastard swords with with hilts and crossbars formed by Torag's holy symbol, the faithful serve as leaders and healers amongst dwarven warrager units. Capable on the front lines and behind they are often found in many dwarven strongholds.
Fernis is a younger dwarf in his first years of holy service and just now being sent into the world. Seeking to increase his abilities before returning to his clan. As stout as his namesake and filled with the fury of Ragathiels' vengence, the dwarf is ready to meet any challenge with spell, sword, or wits.
I will have the character sheet and alias together if this sounds like the sort of fella you're looking for.
| Bilbo Bang-Bang |
Sounds good. I should be able to access my Hero Lab tomorrow and get the sheet added to my alias which I will go ahead get made now. Hmmm...a reason to join the Pathfinders. They are an organization which provides ready access to money, magic, and experience in diverse locales. How about he was sent by his the High Marshal of his perish to gain experience as a warhealer amongst the non-dwarven peoples of the world so as to better serve his unit when he reaches the rank of Ragewarden. "All the better to learn on them than us," it is often said.
