Either that, or "The Complete Book of Shenanigans."
Then again, simply renaming "Spell Focus: Enchantment" to "Cute" would have the same effect.
If the PC has charm as a racial trait, they're not supposed to be able to take ability focus (monster feat) without GM approval.
The only "cute" reference I could find, for any 3rd party products was Too Darn Cute.

It doesn't affect charm person :-) CP doesn't have the language-dependent description. I can see the confusion though!

You've studied magic intensely, and hope to increase that knowledge by adding ancient lore. You've come to the region to pursue that study, and chose the town as your base because it was out of the way of bigger cities—meaning less competition to study the ancient monuments in the region, you hope! You gain a +1 trait bonus on Knowledge (arcana) checks, and Knowledge (arcana) is a class skill for you. If you cast arcane spells, pick three spells on your spell list. You are particularly adept at casting these spells, so they function at +1 caster level when you cast them, and their save DCs (if any) gain a +1 bonus.
And she picked Charm Person and called it "I'm Charming".
Certainly hope that's a trait, it seems terribly under-powered if that's a feat.
In any event, I can't find any a trait by that exact name on d20pfsrd and if they don't have I'm not sure who would. Sounds like a pretty reasonable bonus though if you were to make it a house rule.
I'd talk to the player because it seems like this is something that will inform you of their expectations/preferences for the campaign. Also, if you figure out the source, please let us know. I have at least one player in my own group who would giggle and say, "I want it!" if she found such a trait. :)
