A while ago I was able to find and download pregenerated characters for Pathfinder Society for new players. They were of both the core classes, and the advanced players guide. However, going back to it now, the APG pregens are gone, and there's only Ultimate Combat ones. Were there ever Ultimate Magic ones for the Magus, or variants on the core classes?
As well, we finally got a game store opening up in town that's going to have a back room for gamers to play in. Considering the closest one with that kind of thing is 300 kilometers away, we're ecstatic. That being said, there's been an overwhelming number of signatures asking for a Pathfinder game. Figured Society would be the easiest route to go. What would be the best way to start the group off? Which adventures would be best to initiate them?

You'll probably get a different answer from everyone you ask, but the First Steps intros seem like a logical place to start. From there, I'd probably jump right into Year of the Ruby Phoenix so players feel they're contributing to the current adventure arc right from the get-go - you can always back-fill with scenarios from previous Seasons when you get stuck for something new, depending on how frequently you're gaming. Quest for Perfection would be the first low-tier scenario in this Season's arc. After that, you'll probably start receiving suggestions and feedback from players, as well as a growing knowledge of the campaign yourself, that may steer your course - eg, Frostfur Captives is very popular, or you might want to run We Be Gobins! for a change of pace one week.
And good luck running Pathfinder Society gamedays at your new store!

i just asked that question, lol. I got the First Steps answers, and after reading the scenario I think that is what I am going with. They look pretty easy to run and simple for the people to get into... and entertaining(halfling barbarian ftw).
I am running the first one this weekend, and they are free, so you can't go wrong. Good luck and good gaming.

These currently include the Cleric, Fighter, Rogue, Wizard, Gunslinger, Ninja, Samurai.
While we're waiting for more iconics to be added to the list, Shisumo has created an impressive range of first-level pregens, one race for every class:
Got those ones, but it seems like the official pregenerated APG characters are no longer there. I had ones at 1st, 4th, and 7th, but it seems like the pdfs are corrupted so I had to delete them. I guess they got taken down and not replaced. That's kind of unfortunate.

There were apparently quite a few things wrong with the pregens. The Core pregens were redone to improve them, and at the same time the APG pregens were taken away (screaming and in straight jackets?). They've said they have people working on them, but they're pretty low on the priority list right now.
The unofficial ones that shisumo made are a great tool for allowing people new to the game to get more variety to their characters. Being able to pick your race and class is a really good thing I think.

Where are you located? Perhaps an email to a venture captain might help you out as well.
In the boonies of Manitoba, Canada. We've had a person offer to run a Pathfinder Society in our town, but we have to find a venue to have it happen in first. The place for that is still being built for another month.
