I'm looking at the summoner class at the moment, and am a bit confused about what bonuses/penalties are applied to an Eidolon's full attack if they have multiple natural weapons.
Say an Eidolon has two claws and a bite for example, and it full attacks, attacking with all of them.
Does the Eidolon suffer -4 penalties on all the attacks if it doesn't have the two-weapon fighting feat? Does it suffer -2 penalties if it does? I'm finding the Eidolon rules kind of unclear in this regard, and I'd like some clarification.
For example, if a 1st level summoner had a bipedal Eidolon, 16 Str, +1 BAB, no feats or evolutions that affect its damage or rolls, and of course no TWF, would the full attack be:
Bite +4 (1d6 +3), Plus 2 Claws +4 (1d4 +3)
or
Bite +2 (1d6 +3), Plus 2 Claws +2 (1d4 +3)
or
Bite +0 (1d6 +3), Plus 2 Claws +0 (1d4 +3)
...Or would it be something else entirely? Am I completely off track here?

There is no penalty to attack rolls for using multiple natural attacks. They don't follow the two weapon fighting rules at all. So, basically the eidolon's attack bonus stays the same whether he's just using a bite or is doing a full round bite/claw/claw.
However, creatures do get a -5 penalty to attack rolls with secondary attacks (such as tail or tentacle attacks).
Edit: double ninjaed!

Natural attacks like bites and claws do not use the TWF rules at all.
If it's BAB is +4, and it has 2 claws and 1 bite, it's attack sequence is:
Melee bite +4 (damage value), 2 claws +4 (damage value)
It can do those in any order--bite/claw/claw, claw/bite/claw, claw/claw/bite, doesn't matter.
TWF only applies if the creature is using two or more manufactured weapons, or using a manufactured weapon and a natural attack in the same round.

Minor quibble: It only applies in those circumstances if you want to get an extra attack. At least that's my understanding based on your recent FAQ.

Well, that's what I mean by "using," not just "holding."
