Just a couple of quick questions,
If something is "stun immune" does that also make it daze immune?
Ear piercing scream requires a fort save, in contruct traits it says that it is immunity to anything requiring a fort save unless it works on on object. So would ear piercing scream work on golems/undead

Dazed: The creature is unable to act normally. A dazed creature can take no actions, but has no penalty to AC. A dazed condition typically lasts 1 round.
Stunned: A stunned creature drops everything held, can't take actions, takes a –2 penalty to AC, and loses its Dexterity bonus to AC (if any).
Different conditions, so I don't think so.

Ear-Piercing Scream: Target one creature
Does not work on objects, is not harmless. So you can scream at a golem.

...but won't get any effect.
Non-object, non-harmless -> won't work on undead and constructs at all.
Now, a GM might be consider the sonic damage (Fort half) to apply (like the good old Sound Lance did)... but... the spell allows Spell Resistance, which, in case of a Golem target means 'Forget it.'.
