There's a whole bunch of feats/abilities that allow you to either switch out mental ability score bonuses for physical ones or just add them on. Things like the monk's wisdom bonus, the focused shot feat, etc. Can you (1) add some other abilities that produce similar effects and (2) comment on whether or not it's viable to make a martial character with this idea?

Character class will play a large role. Oracles of the Lore mystery, for example, can use Charisma to replace Dexterity for AC and Reflex saves.
Also, can you specify if you intend to allow 3.5 material? I believe there were a number of feats like this in 3.5, but we should avoid those if you're not interested.

I didn't intend to use 3.5 stuff, but if that would be a good supplement then yeah, sure. Also, I'm not looking for a specific class. I'm just looking for a general loadout that would help accomplish thing kind of thing. Multiclassing (gratuitously) is acceptable.

Monk/Sorcerer
Sensei, Empyreal Bloodline.
Don't need much monk -- just to where you get wisdom to attack rolls.
Now you get wisdom to AC, Attack Roll, and spells, from there you go to EK and you'll be fairly martial with magical back up.
Another choice would be Sensei/ Inquisitor with the conversion inquisition and kensai magus.
Wisdom to hit, ac, and initiative, intelligence to ac and initiative.
