Advice

I know there is a similar thread out there right now, so I will keep this brief. Currenty a 6th level paladin. I have about 22000 gp to spend in Riddleport.

this is what I have so far:
Dwarven full plate +2
Intelligent Earthbreaker +2
Ring of Protection +2
ring of swimming (+5 to swim)
Cloak of resistance +2
Amulet of natural armour +1

I end up in the water a lot, and need to improve my ability to get around quicker especially at people who are far away, and improve my charisma or my strength. Thanks for the input.

First off, get at least one spiked gauntlet. It would be nice it it were magical and or made of a special metal, but if not it would still be useful to have a light weapon you can use in grapples or when swallowed.

Boots of striding and springing are pretty basic mobility enhancing equipment which add 10 speed for 5,500gp. Alternately, if your party doesn't have a spellcaster with Haste you could consider Boots of Speed, which cost 12k but allow you to use Haste for 10 rounds per day. This would let you run really fast once in a while and give you an extra attack a few times per day.

If you're in saltwater a lot the Cloak of the Manta Ray might be interesting though you'd need to either trade your cloak of resistance in on a similar vest or enchant the resistance back onto the CotMR at a cost of +50% (6,000gp).

Buffing Charisma or Strength seems like a pretty straightforward headband or belt purchase.

I can't stop myself from suggesting a rod of wonder. That is the one item, which have the greatest potential of adding a lot of amusement to the table...

But for your specific wishes, the items that spring to mind is:

Headband of cha+2 - 4000 gp
belt of str+2 - 4000 gp
boots of striding and springing - 5500

This leaves you with an extra 8500 gp.
You could choose to raise your armor to +3, and/or find some item that will have utility value for you.

If i was playing a chaotic rogue or any other character other than a paladin, I would totally go for the Rod of wonder, however, its not the case.

Thanks for the advice about the light weapons, completely forgot about those situations.

Headband of charisma is the top priority, well it is a toss up between it and the strength belt.

As for the boots, I think I have to hold my money and wait for a better place to buy the stuff. Thanks for the advice again.

Look out for a Ring of Freedom of Movement, 40k, you can sell your gloves then, too.
