Advice needed for high level campaign

Advice

Im currently in a high lvl campaign that some friends and i started we brought our characters up from lvl and are now lvl 12's. Im wondering if its possible to change your skeleton from bone to adamantine.

By RAW, no. By experiment? Ask your DM.

Don't forget to implant claws while you're at it, 3 per hand. Oh, and a suped-up ring of regeneration, implant that too :)

lol that was pretty funny to be honest

But my character has 9 levels of werewolf lord for racial 1 lvl of barbarian and 2 lvls of the the black blood hunter class. Anyways i needed a long term goal for him.

As others have said, there's nothing in the Rules As Written (with good reason). If it's something you really want for your character, talk it over with your DM. Figure out what it will do, game-mechanic-wise, and what it will cost- not necessarily in money, but don't ever expect to get something for nothing. If you expect it to give you an awesome benefit, expect to give up something awesome in return. For example, let's say it gives you permanent 5/- damage reduction- expect to permanently give up 50 HP from your maximum. (Again, just an example.)
