So in this http://paizo.com/paizo/messageboards/paizoPublishing/pathfinder/pathfinderR PG/rules/proficiencyWithGauntletsAndSpikedGauntlets thread, discussion was had as how Unarmed Strike works/doesn't work while wearing a Gauntlet.
Question now: If you use Medusa's Wrath, and you're wearing a Gauntlet, do you get the extra attacks?

Yes. Same thing if you're holding a longsword, or juggling geese. As long as you make at least one unarmed strike during your full attack, you get two more unarmed strikes (against opponent with the right conditions).
According to JB and SKR (linked in that thread) the gauntlet is a simple light melee weapon. So strikes with the gauntlet won't count for Medusa's, but you can still kick or headbutt to use the feat.

An unarmed strike is also a simple light melee weapon.
...that lets your unarmed strikes deal lethal.
I wish they would reclarify that stuff on the srd. Damn.
