Yes, you qualify for the Dragon Disciple.
The qualification under spell casting say you need to be a Draconic blood line. Cross blood allows you to choose two bloodlines. One has to be Draconic.
As a cross blooded sorcerer you get the same blood line abilities just you can choose which blood line power you get at those specific level. Blood of Dragon allows you DD level and sorcerer level to stack to determine what blood powers you get. So what ever power you get at those could be from either blood line. This class doesn't specify that it only applies to bloodline powers you gain from the Draconic Bloodline.

Wouldn't your bloodline technically be the crossblooded bloodline now?
Seen this discussed at length in the past. It comes down to you having two bloodlines, including their abilities. You technically have two bloodlines, one of which qualifies you for Dragon Disciple.
Though I will note, that this will severely hurt your casting abilities and you still don't get all your bloodline powers. It is almost better to go with the eldritch heritage feat line... of course you can stake that with your other bloodlines.

crossblooded isn't it's own bloodline, it's just a class archetype.
you have both bloodlines for all intensive purposes.
i would say that by reasonable intent, DD's advancement of BL powers should only let you select Draconic powers,
but the RAW was just not written with the idea in mind that crossblooded might exist.
DD's blood of dragons says you gain bloodline abilities from "your bloodline" in the singular sense,
which means just one bloodline, but it technically isn't limited to the draconic bloodline, although RAI is clear there.
regardless of that, crossblooded can and does work to qualify for DD by RAW and RAI,
even if it's ruled that DD cannot 'select' non-draconic BL powers with the DD advancement.
if you are are ruling that way, it can be more than viable to dip back into sorceror to gain a BL power from the other bloodline.
also consider taking eldritch heritage for another bloodline power's abilities,
you should have the CHA to qualify since you are a sorceror caster already.
but it is so sad that crossblooded works best as a dip or multiclass/PrC build rather than as a single class build.

hmm, I just find it silly that a PrC designed to work with 1 specific bloodline now can boost 2. I mean heck, it's called a Dragon Disciple, not a Sorcerer Disciple. Also Crossblooded works just fine on its own using all of your levels in sorc. I've seen it done, and done it myself, to great effect and usefulness in a Campaign I've played in.

That's because when the class was written, it wasn't POSSIBLE to have anything but a draconic bloodline if having this PrC. It does make it clear that the only bloodline powers that the PrC will advance are the draconic ones.
