cleave, great cleave and cleaving finish.

Rules Questions

So I got a magus/fighter gestalt on my team who is planning to use this combo, i want to make sure if thats working

magus using spell strike with cleave and cleaving finish.

If the magus use first attack, then cleave, then spell strike first target, get the kill and cleaving finish the second one again, is that legal?

Nothing there that blocks but Im just not certain if you can pull the different cleave feats togheter like this.

Not sure if I read this right, but Cleave means you can make ONE attack [and a second if the first hits]. You cannot dual-wield (spell combat or otherwise), while making cleave attacks. I might be mistaken though, or it may have been errata'd.

And while it doesn't specifically say in the Cleaving Finish description, I would make it so they must take the extra attack gained by dropping the target with the same weapon.

Also, for Spellstrike, it's expended when it hits the first target.

Nope your right Cleave is a Standard action basicly now.

However if he kills the first guy he can follow up with cleaving finish even during a full attack.
