im useing the hero lab builder with out a book and just wondering if the sameri gets any free weapons/or armour like the gun slinger

They get their mount... that's all of the free stuff they get

i think it would have been better if they got the wakashi and katana so i got to settael for thye horse

No free stuff unfortunately. Just the Horse.

Maybe your GM will let you trade in the horse for the weapons?
