Rules Questions

Here is a question...witch cast slumber on a target who then sleeps and is helpless. Can her familiar then preform a full round action to cu de gra it?

Sure. As long as it starts the full action in reach (same square for many familairs), why couldn't it?

If it has an attack, sure, why not?

Keep in mind the familiar (and thus probably the witch) would have to be right next to the person to get it off right away. The familiar would have to 5 foot step INTO the enemies space and attack (since most familiars are tiny and don't have reach)

Keeping in mind the coup de grace would do like 2-4 damage, and the fort save would be just as low. And then the target would wake up, and your familiar would be right next to it.

OTOH, if the pseudodragon venom puts your enemy to sleep, you may want to cave their head in with your staff.

I was thinking of purchasing my Lyrakien a small pistol, and seeing if my GM would let me use the same rules for Coup De Gras with Bows/Crossbows with guns.

Then my witch drops a hold person on someone, walks adjacent, and my familiar executes them.

Someone evil, of course!

Could a witch and her familiar Coup De gras at the same time on the same turn? coup de gras x2?

Say she has an improved familar to make the damage 10 instead of 2.

In that case the familiar is using you as a mount, and cannot take full round actions after your move.
