This sort of this has come up before (see this thread).
I believe it means Amazon has gotten enough reports of damaged shipments that they are revising their shipping requirements for the book.
That said, I'll make sure to direct people to this thread who might know more than I do.

thanks , i hope my book doesn't appears with defects. It cost a lot.
It should not have any defects or printing errors. The percentage of misprints that slip through the cracks of the manufacturing process is very, very low. If for some reason your copy does have a printing or binding, please make sure you contact amazon's customer service (or the customer service of where ever it was purchased from). They should be able to help you exchange or refund it.

There have been a few reported cases on this forum of the cover being on reverse from the inside pages.
So maybe one or two were reported to Amazon as well and they are checking their inventory.
Why would you report that? The best book I have is my 3.5 Dragonlance Campaign Setting where the guts were printed upside down and backwards. Have to read from the back cover to the front, but I love it (and the strange looks you get reading a book in reverse, upside down.)
Shoot... I almost want to go Amazon to see if I can hunt down a messed up book.

Sara is probably correct.
I do think I remember though that one of the reports was a guy who went through Amazon and think the standing was contact Amazon first, like also Sara said to do, which with that they probably are looking. Just assumption on my part and nothing firm. I understand Paizo position as well not wanting to say for sure that's what it is.
