This came up nearly with the Archaeologist bard having everything but Trapfinding (although they have that ability by a different name) needed for most Rogue archetypes.
I think Evangelist Clerics are close to being able to use Savage Skald bard as well.
So...if there ever is the case where the abilities are aligned, can I do it?

A rogue has all the abilities replaced by the Barbarian's Brutal Pugilist archetype (uncanny dodge + improved; trapsense), and the barbarian has all the abilities replaced by the Rogue's Burglar and Trapsmith archetypes (uncanny dodge + improved).
But, no, I don't think this works RAW or is supposed to work. An ability may be far more important or meaningful for one class than another, and the abilities are based off the class and level where they are bestowed.

No... only the archetypes of your main class are open to you. A sorcerer can't take wizard archetypes, the wizard can't take magus archetypes.
So, just to be clear, a wizard archetype that ONLY replaces Arcane Bond can not be taken by a Sorcerer with the Arcane Bloodline that gets the Arcane Bond class ability, correct?
I already figured this would be the case, but I was mostly wondering if there were any specific rules that said this was the case.
Because it'd be awesome if you could do this.
