Whew! Okay 'cause if it didnt at least get the Silver I was going to say that the fix was in for that one!

No sweep this year but considering two-three years ago a bunch of people predicted Paizo's demise and the EPIC FAIL of Pathfinder I'm sure it's good to feel vindicated.

I know I feel that way.

I think Paizo did remarkably well considering they didn't release a full game this year and they didn't submit as many products to the awards as they have in years past.

Good show, Paizo!

Speaking of the ENnies, is ENWorld down for anyone else?
Is it ironic that the site is down during the ENnies?

From my perspective it's weird that Dresden Files is doing so well, and wins award after award. You see, I thought Butcher's novels (and the TV series) weren't that popular -- based on what I've seen, my informed opinion has been that they've been more or less ignored, at least in Scandinavia if not the rest of Europe?

I'm not that interested in the Dresdan novels. On the other hand, the RPG is an excellent, beautifully produced book. I plan on using the system for any modern supernatural game I run. It is the pinnacle of the Fate system, and I cannot recommend it enough.

Strangely enough one of my players was talking about trying a different system just to break the monotony of my beloved D20 system. Now this one comes up. I will want to check it out now.

Ghost Story debuted at #1 on the New York Times bestseller list.
